  SEASIDE POLICY ON PRIVACY INFORMATION  

It is the policy of Seaside National Bank & Trust to maintain our customer's information in a confidential manner. We restrict access to non-public personal information about our customers to only those employees who need to know the information to provide quality service and products to our customers. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard our customer's non-public personal information. We have established Internal Controls and an Information Security Program designed to safeguard customer information.

We may collect non-public personal information about our customers from a variety of sources, including:

  • Information we receive from you on your applications or other forms for various products and services;
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliate(s), or with other third parties;
  • Information from a consumer reporting agency.

We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above with our affiliate(s) but we do not otherwise disclose any non-public personal information about our current or former customers to anyone, except as required or permitted by law.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act and other laws allow us to share with our affiliate(s) specific details about our customer transactions and experience with us. A customer may direct us to not share other certain non-public personal information with our affiliate(s). This is known as "opting out". If you prefer that we do not disclose this non-public personal information about you to our affiliate(s), you may opt-out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). This decision may be changed by the customer at any time.

Requests to opt-out will be processed within 30 days of receipt. The request will remain in effect until the customer instructs us otherwise. If contacted by a customer, we will assume that the preferences apply to only that customer unless the request specifies that the preferences apply to other individuals on the account(s).

Information of a confidential or sensitive nature should not be sent via email. In the request customers should include customer name, address (including zip code), and telephone number. Incomplete information will delay, or possibly prevent, our ability to honor the request.

Customers should notify us if we report any inaccurate information about their account(s) to a consumer reporting agency. Written notice describing the specific inaccuracy(ies) should be sent to us at the following address:

In doing business with you online, there may be instances where Seaside will need to treat your information differently. When this is necessary, you will be informed. Protecting the privacy of your information is an essential part of our commitment to you.
